We source them from a worldwide market of more than 5,000, check the operator behind each one, and manage the booking from first enquiry through to landing. That independence is the point: the aircraft we put in front of you is chosen because it fits your route and your passenger count, not because it happens to be sitting on our ramp waiting for work.

Charter is priced per aircraft per flight hour, not per seat. Four passengers and eight passengers cost broadly the same, which is why the economics change sharply once a group is involved. The figures below are indicative ranges for a UK departure and move with fuel prices, season, and how far the aircraft has to travel to reach you.
To put that in context: London to Geneva on a light jet typically lands between 9,000 and 14,000 GBP for the whole aircraft. London to Nice on a midsize jet is commonly 14,000 to 20,000. London to Dubai on a heavy jet is usually 55,000 to 80,000. A quote is free and carries no obligation, so the honest answer for your specific trip is always quicker to get than to estimate.
Positioning. If the nearest suitable aircraft is in Nice and you are flying from Luton, someone pays for it to get to Luton. This is frequently the largest single variable between two quotes for the same route, and it is the main reason prices move with a few days of notice.
Aircraft class. The step from light to midsize is the biggest single jump most clients face. It buys a stand-up cabin, an enclosed lavatory, real baggage capacity and the range to cross Europe without a fuel stop.
Airport fees. London Luton and Farnborough are not priced alike, and neither are Nice in August and Nice in November. We will tell you when a nearby alternative airfield materially changes the total.
Timing. Overnight crew stays, early starts and airport curfews all feed into the figure. A same-day return often costs less than a return the next morning.
If budget is the binding constraint and your dates are flexible, empty leg flights offer the same aircraft and crew on repositioning routes at a fraction of the standard charter rate.
Four to six hours of notice is usually workable in the UK and Europe. Two to three days gives a genuinely competitive choice. Peak weeks need longer, because the aircraft in the region are committed well in advance.
Passenger count and stage length decide the class; everything after that is cabin comfort and baggage volume. Paying for more aircraft than the route needs is the most common way to overspend on charter. Paying for less is the most common way to end up with an unplanned fuel stop.

Private jet hire is not restricted to the big commercial hubs, and that is most of the advantage. The UK has over 100 licensed airfields able to handle business aircraft, so the right departure point is usually the one nearest you rather than the one with the most terminals.
Private terminals - FBOs - are separate from the commercial buildings. You park close to the aircraft, clear security in a private lounge, and board directly. Fifteen to twenty minutes before departure is normal, and passport control on European departures is handled at the FBO.
A broker is only as good as the operators it puts you on, which is why this is not a footnote. Before any aircraft reaches your shortlist we confirm the operator holds a current Air Operator Certificate for the type of flight, carries insurance appropriate to the route and passenger count, and is flying an aircraft suited to the runways at both ends. When an aircraft has to reposition without passengers - flying home after a drop-off, or out to collect someone - that leg can be released to the market well below the standard charter rate. The aircraft, crew and service are identical. The catch is that you take the route and timing the repositioning dictates, and the flight can be cancelled if the original booking changes.
Any licensed airfield with suitable runway length and handling. In practice most UK departures use London Biggin Hill, Farnborough, London Luton, London Stansted, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds Bradford, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Bristol, Southampton or Bournemouth. Smaller airfields are often available and frequently closer to where you actually are.
Fifteen to twenty minutes before departure is normal at a private terminal. There is no queue, security is handled at the FBO, and the aircraft waits for its passengers rather than the other way round.
Yes, and they travel in the cabin rather than in a hold. Tell us at the quote stage because it affects operator choice - not every operator permits animals - and international movements need the correct pet passport and entry paperwork.
Landing and handling fees, crew costs, fuel and applicable taxes are all included in the figure we give you. The number you accept is the number you pay unless you change the flight. Catering beyond the standard offering, ground transport and de-icing in winter conditions are the usual extras, and we flag them before you commit.
A broker, and deliberately so. We hold no aircraft of our own, so operator selection stays independent. There is nothing sitting idle that we need to fill.
