About Jet Hire Direct

Jet Hire Direct is a UK private jet charter broker with over 15 years of experience arranging flights worldwide. We are not an aircraft operator and we do not own aircraft. We are an independent intermediary: we source the right aircraft for each journey from a global market of more than 5,000, check the operator behind it, and manage the booking from first enquiry to landing.

What a broker actually does

An operator flies a small number of aircraft based in a small number of places. A broker is not tied to any particular fleet, so the aircraft we recommend is the one that suits the route, the passenger count and the budget - not the one that happens to be sitting on our ramp. On a single route we will typically compare aircraft from several operators before recommending any of them. The trade-off is that a broker has to be trusted to vet the operator properly, which is why we set out our safety and operator standards in full.

How we work

• One point of contact. The person who quotes your flight manages it through to arrival, including any changes on the day.
• Clear aircraft options. You see the actual aircraft type, age and operator before you commit, not a generic "light jet" placeholder.
• All-in pricing. Quotes include landing and handling fees, crew costs and taxes. The figure you accept is the figure you pay unless you change the flight.
• Operator verification on every booking. Air Operator Certificate validity, insurance cover appropriate to the flight, and aircraft suitability for the runways involved are checked before we confirm anything.
• 24/7 charter desk. Private aviation exists largely because plans change. Ours is staffed accordingly.

How we vet operators

We hold no aircraft of our own, which keeps operator selection genuinely independent. Before every flight we confirm the operator holds a current Air Operator Certificate for the class of flight, insurance appropriate to the route and passenger count, and crew currency against the schedule.
