Why Jet Hire Direct

Many brokers can access similar aircraft. Far fewer manage every charter the way ours are managed. The principles below are the things we will not compromise on, for any client, on any flight.

Our Six Operating Principles

Safety-Led Operator Selection

Every flight we arrange is operated by a fully licensed, insured, AOC-holding operator with current safety auditing. We do not work with operators who cannot evidence those standards. Aircraft suitability — runway performance, range, weather capability, crew duty currency — is checked before every quote.

Personal Service from Enquiry to Arrival

You speak to a dedicated charter manager who understands your preferences, your schedule, and the people travelling with you. Direct phone access, fast response, and a single point of contact through quote, contracting, flight brief, and arrival.

Clear Aircraft Options

For most enquiries we present two to six aircraft options side-by-side — comfort, cabin size, range, age, and cost. You see what you are choosing between rather than being handed a single take-it-or-leave-it option.

Structured Booking Process

A documented quote PDF, an electronic charter contract, signed confirmation, invoice, flight brief, weather update at 24 hours, and final day-of-flight confirmation. The process exists so nothing is forgotten and so you know exactly what happens next at every stage.

Trusted Operator Relationships

Long-standing working relationships with the operators we use, and an active list of operators we choose not to work with based on past experience. The relationships matter when slots tighten, when weather forces changes, or when something has to move at short notice.

Discretion and Care

Private clients, family travel, business clients, medical, sports and entertainment — all handled sensitively. Flight details, passenger manifests, and itineraries stay strictly between you and our operations team.

From Enquiry to Aftercare

  1. Enquiry: Share route, dates, and passengers. Acknowledged within minutes during business hours.
  2. Aircraft options: Two to six suitable aircraft sourced and presented as a comparison.
  3. Confirmation: Electronic charter contract sent for signature; operator engaged; slot held.
  4. Flight brief: Departure airport, FBO, parking, crew, aircraft tail number — confirmed at 24 hours.
  5. Day of flight: Final weather and slot confirmation. Charter desk monitors the flight.
  6. Aftercare: Post-flight follow-up. Records kept so subsequent bookings inherit your preferences.
