These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jet Hire Direct website and our charter brokerage services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
Jet Hire Direct is a private jet charter broker and a trading name of RMW Consultants Co Ltd. We act as an intermediary between clients and aircraft operators, arranging charter flights on your behalf. We are not an aircraft operator and do not own or operate aircraft.
2. Our Services
As a charter broker, we provide:
- Sourcing and arranging private jet, helicopter, and group charter flights
- Providing quotes from vetted aircraft operators
- Coordinating flight logistics, ground transport, and concierge services
- Advising on aircraft selection and route planning
The contract for carriage of passengers is between you and the aircraft operator. We facilitate this arrangement but are not a party to the contract of carriage.
3. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are subject to aircraft availability at the time of booking
- Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on final routing, fuel costs, airport fees, and other operational factors
- Quotes are valid for the period stated (typically 24-48 hours unless otherwise specified)
- Additional costs may apply for catering, ground transport, overnight crew stays, de-icing, and other ancillary services
- All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of VAT where applicable
4. Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed charter agreement and payment as specified
- Payment terms will be detailed in the charter agreement for each booking
- Full payment is typically required prior to departure
- We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as agreed
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms are governed by the specific charter agreement for each booking. Generally:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Cancellations within 7 days of departure may incur charges of up to 100% of the charter cost
- No-shows are non-refundable
- If a flight is cancelled by the operator due to technical or weather issues, we will endeavour to arrange an alternative or provide a full refund
6. Passenger Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring all passengers hold valid travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates)
- Providing accurate passenger names and details as required
- Arriving at the departure point at the agreed time
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Informing us of any special requirements, medical conditions, or mobility needs
- Ensuring luggage and personal items comply with weight and size restrictions
7. Liability
- As a broker, our liability is limited to the arrangement of charter services
- The aircraft operator is responsible for the safe operation of the flight and carries appropriate insurance
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather, air traffic control, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control
- Our total liability shall not exceed the brokerage fee charged for the relevant booking
- We recommend clients obtain appropriate travel insurance
8. Website Use
- The content on this website is for general information purposes only
- Aircraft images are representative and may not depict the exact aircraft assigned to your charter
- We endeavour to keep information accurate and up to date but make no warranties about completeness or accuracy
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written consent
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this website are owned by or licensed to RMW Consultants Co Ltd. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
